P30 error in Windows7 64 bits
Hi,
I'm running Capture One Pro 6.4.3 on a Windows 7 Premium home 64 bits with 12 Gb RAM.
I just reinstalled the system and C1. The Phase one "drivers" appeared and I installed them also.
I have an onboard firewire card.
After switching to "legacy" driver for firewire the camera appeared in device manager. I was able only to shoot 2 pictures in C1, then to be sure that it works fine I reopened C1. There was this message "The system cannot find the file specified. - Failed to open camera"
I tryed to install the phase one provided firewire driver to no avail.
Can anyone help please.
Thank you

The issue could be power related.
Are you using an externally powered Firewire repeater hub?0 -
I`m not sure. I use the onboard firewire on my mainboard. The cable works fine. I ve tested it on a mac.
My mainboard is a MSI h67ma-e45.

The cable may be fine but the Firewire port may not be able to provide enough power to the back. Please look into using an externally powered hub.0 -
