Catch 22, can't activate V5, can't open support case

    No catch 22. You don't need any products to create a support case, if a field is empty just put in N/A. The registered products only apply to Hardware, so software registration wouldn't show there regardless.
    Make sure you give the support department the exact error you get when trying to activate.

    I created a support case for you, however everything is working proper on our end so perhaps some unsupported browser or security setting on your end?
