Hello all, I had a quick question. What are your settings for when you guys export to Facebook and IG? Thanks

  I use 50% JPG, 72 px/in, 1920x1920px size

  Based on , I export to FB as JPEG, sRGB, 70%, Long Edge: 2048 px.
  For Instagram, I couldn't find clear instruction like that, but this one works fine for me: JPEG, sRGB, 80%, Long Edge: 2800 px.

  Resolution is irrelevant as long as you don't print. What's important is size in pixels.
