I am tryingto discover whether Phaseone will work with an Olympus E500 and what is its cost please??

  Capture One 3.7.3 works with Olympus E500 files.

  If the Olympus E500 is compatible with PhotoShop I suggest you ask Adobe.

  Capture One produces standard TIF and/or JPG's and PhotoShop has not problem reading TIF or JPG's.
  PhotoShop also support the EXIF information Capture One embeds in the file and you can set Capture One to open developed files automatically in PhotoSHop CS2 after processing is done if you want.
