Time Lapse - Canon

Hello there. I will try a new experience video - Time Lapse. Will have to shoot more then 2000 in sequence. Does Capture One do the job? The only question is that if I will be able to adjust the number os shoots and interval at the software.

  No. Capture One does not have any kind of interval timer for (unattended) tethered shooting. Not sure but have you tried EOS Utility?

  EOS Utility or Canon's own remote do the job.
