Sales and marketing at phaseone are ignoring me

    I get those automated ones too, and then sometimes it can be several days before I get a reply.
    I do know that this Inbox gets a flood of emails of quite a variety including some that are off-the-wall.
    You'd be surprised how many believe this is where Tech Support questions go 🤓
    I also know that even though we have a Forum Topic dedicated to 4.0 Beta Feedback, the Marketing email is currently getting loaded with messages on this topic.

    Since you are a New customer and this is your first post, you should know that the Fact is that Phase One has unsurpassed Customer Support.
    Communicating directly with this company is quite easy with Support Cases, User Forum.
    Yes, direct communication using email will work too, but one must be patient since it can be the least efficient... especially when inundated with extraneous topics.

    I do of course understand any company having a delay in reply especially due to busy periods and I don't think Im unreasonable. I have been suprised by the lack of response, but that doesnt alter the fact I havent had any.

    My initial email was sent on 18th September 2007 to which I have still not had a reply, and my last email was date 1st November. Ive not had a reply to either.

    So now what do I do?

    There doesnt appear to be a sales user forum? Not that I specially think there should be one.

    It can then be answered or passed directly along to the appropriate person internally.
