Grayed Out ISO & Blank Camera Setup Panel

I gather from related postings on this forum that it's a known issue with developers at Phase One that the ISO menu and Camera Setup Panel in Capture One v3.7.4 do not work on Macs running OS 10.4.7 with tethered Canon cameras. Is there a known solution for this problem or are we stuck with making camera based settings until a repair update is released?

  Hello
  
  The controls you refer to is only active if you are connected to a Phase One camera back.
  For Canons you have to set ISO on the camera.
  
  Camera setup panel we know to be a issue with 3.7.4 and will be fixed with 3.7.5. Current work around is to set the settings you want for the camera in the software and then connect the camera.
