Problem exporting with adjustments
Hey, first time posting. Appreciate any help!
I did my first shoot with a PhaseOne 30 and am editing in CaptureOne 5. I made my adjustments and processed the image to TIFF (uncompressed). I opened it in photoshop to make further edits and it opened fine, with all adjustments intact. When I completed editing I flattened the image and exported it from Photoshop as a JPG.
The problem: Not all of my edits from Capture One AND Photoshop appear in the exported JPG. It appears that my CaptureOne colour adjustments are gone, but contrast/clarity/etc remain. My Photoshop effects are gone (blur, layer masking, etc), but any cloning/blemish repair I made to the base layer remain.
Further...when I export the image from Photoshop in TIFF, all adjustments remain intact. When I reopen this TIFF file in Photoshop and export THAT as a JPG, it STILL removes my changes!
I'm at a loss, and I'm under a deadline. Can you offer me a solution of any kind?

Ian,
The good news is you can't lose any adjustments from Capture One after a RAW has been processed. A processed TIFF is the same as a flattened TIFF from Photoshop, so there is no chance of adjustments dropping out. The only factor here would be the color space, which is what you mentioned.
In this case you may be "Proofing" and image in one color space of Capture One but "Processing" to another. Double check your process settings and proof settings to ensure the intended color is being embedded to the processed file.0 -
