Apply settings to all selected
Hey Folks
Beginner question here...
Say I have 10 pictures elected, and I want to give them all a 3 star rating, or reset crop settings, or apply adjustments with the arrow shortcut button, or even delete all at once, how do I do that?
At the moment, I have to either make an adjustment, copy the settings and paste it individually to each photo one at a time, or delete one photo at a time, even though i have multiple selected.
Is this a setting I need to check somewhere?
thanks
alex

First check that the "edit single/multiple variant" button is on:

Also, if you want to copy/apply at once, you can shift-click on the double-arrow in any tool: this will apply the settings of the highlighted variant to all the other selected variants.0 -
That's amazingly simple, thank you for your help!
one more silly question... where is this double arrow?
thanks

In almost any tool window. For instance in the Exposure tool, on the right you have a series of small icons : question mark, A, double arrow, reset arrow, preset menu and three-dot icon:

If you place your mouse cursor above this double-arrow icon, a information box will appear to explain how you can use it in combination with the option key or the shift key.
