Hi, can I upgrade from 3.7.9, or do I have to buy the full program?

  Depends on your CO3.x license. In general: a 3.x LE license allows for 1 free upgrade (to 4.x) where a 3.x Pro license holds 2 free upgrades (up to 5.x). You can check yourself when you login to the Phase One web site, Account, License Management.
