Corrupt files imported through capture one

Have a strange stripe pattern going through several of my files shot with a 5D MII, imported off of CF card on set. The pattern isn't on every consecutive file. Any one else had this sort of thing show up?

  Lines in image can be a number of things.
  
  I would see if you can reproduce the issue if you import via another card reader (and cable) and if possible another machine.
  
  If you don't find a solution, create a support case with your system info and we will help you locate the issue.
