Local Adjustment Brush

Hi. For some reason... when I use the Adjustment Layer... the brush no longer changes into a circle... just stays as the arrow.

Same for Remove Spot tool.

Any ideas? I upgraded to 6.2.2 today... that was the only change.

  Brush set to a larger size than your screen ?
