Web Contact Sheet Thumbnails are Blurry

Greetings,

I'm using Capture One Pro build 9.3.0.69 on a Retina Display MacBook Pro (late 2013) running OS Sierra.

Making Web Contact Sheet is simple enough, but the thumbnails are blurry or low-res in appearance in both classic theme options.

Any thoughts on why this is happening?

  The web contact sheet uses the preview files rather than processing out the raws, so be sure that the previews have appropriately rendered and that the preview size is set to something usable, say > 1920 (you'll see blurry/low-res web contact sheet images when the previews are set too low). If it was set too low, change it to something higher and then regenerate the previews.

  That doesn't appear to be the problem. I have my preview image size set at 2880 in preferences.
  
  For what it's worth, the thumbnails in viewer are fine.
