Process Naming got detached

For some reason the Process Naming palette has been detached and "lost." How can I restore that palette to the Process tab? I'm using 4.6 Pro.

  Vaughn,
  Right click in the blank space of your tab. Select the tool you wish to load.
  Page 30 of the manual will show you an example of what I mean.
