Activation of 2nd install at Laptop

Hello together,

I use a licence from a Foto Magazine and have 1 activation left, if I look to my account.
Do I need another activation code or is only the licence of the actual installation enough?
I tried this on the laptop, but got an error message (no valid licence).
If I try to create a support case, it's necesarry, that I attach a file to get the upload button active??
Did this with a dummy, but got no active support cases in my account...
Maybe there is no support for such a licence, but would be nice to get it working with
the parallel copy for mobile use. Any idea?

  Their is of course support for any Phase One Product. Hardware or software.
  
  Please simply create a support case and provide us with the Product Key if you are having conflicts.
  Any standard key can be used to activate on up to two machines.
  If you receive the notice "Invalid Key" it may simply be a Key for an older software version as appose to the one you are trying to use it with. We can straighten out all of your concerns/questions with a Support Case.
