After Canon sleeps, C1Pro will not connect
Hi
When I use Canon 1Ds mk III with Capture One Pro 6, I have the problem that Capture One will not reconnect if the camera once the camera has gone to sleep and has been 'awakened'... The camera-panel will say "None" and with the drop down I can select my camera, but connection will not succeed. Then I have to restart C1...
Is there a software solution? Now I have deactivated the camera's autosleep, but that will potentially eat my batteries.
I have the most recent version of C1 for Mac

Jeppe,
Please specify the version of Capture One you are using. As you are using the Canon 1Ds Mark III, please determine if the same behavior exists in Capture One version 6.4.2.

Hey Drew
We had the same thing with a 1ds 3 with 6.4.3 and 10.6.8. Should I be running 6.4.2 because of the older sdk?

I think that both actions apply:
- revert to 6.4.2 and see whether this helps
- submit your experiences in a support case
I think Phase One is evaluating the impact of the newer Canon SDK, beyond Mountain Lion, beyond the newest Canon models. The 1Ds mkIII is still fully supported in the new SDK.0
