HELP !! - D700 is recognized but won't shoot tethered

I am brand new to tethered shooting and thus I have no clue, but according to the Phase One lit I should be able to just plug in my camera and go.

It's not working

I have connected my D700 via USB to my windows machine running a trial of C1 v.5

I start a tethered session and it won't import the shots.

UPDATE: Now it won't event recognize I have a camera attached

Any help would be great. Thanks

  Ken,
  Take the CF card out of the Camera. If that doesn't do it, create a support case.

  Exactly same camera! and exactly same problem. removing card does not help. Camera still not recognized.
