Samsung S7 dng raw files
New to Capture One but have been enjoying it with raw files from my Sony Camera. I recently upgraded phones to a Samsung S7 and discovered it would save raw files. I thought 'oh that's great' shot a pic and moved the .dng to my computer. Opened it in C1Pro and found I cannot edit (wb, exposure, ect all grayed out) what am I missing?

CO doesn't support any phone raw files if I recall correctly.0 -
There are several version of DNG "standards". It is possible that Samsung have used something not fully supported.
I have a OnePlus One that, running it's original install OS, will save RAW DNG files and C1 can open and edit those. However as I understand it later updates to the phone's OS dropped DNG support and the more recent OnePlus phone releases do not support DNG files at all.
Your best option is probably to check the DNG version delivered by the phone, check whether that matches what is support by C1 and create a Support Case asking for advice based on what you have discovered.
HTH.
