Editing a photo's title or caption

How do you change the title or caption on a photos. I have looked in the metadata tool but cannot see them listed?
I am very new to Capture One Pro (still trying it out) so it is probably very obvious, but I cannot see it ☹️

  I think I may have solved it.
  
  It seems that Capture One uses different names to Lightroom. If I have got it right, Heading = Title and Description = Caption.
  
  I will leave this question here, to both get confirmation and as an answer for anyone else who gets confused on converting to Capture One (great piece of software by the way!).
