Panasonic G3 : impossible to adjust the white balance
Hi,
I've just got a Panasonic Lumix G3, but I'm having trouble when trying to adjust the white balance using the Kelvin and tint slider. As soon as I move it even very slightly, everything turn a deep saturated green. This is only the case with the raw files, not with the jpg files, nor with the raw fils of my other cameras (Canon 5D and Panasonic G1).
Also, the drop down menu of the grey tab in the white balance only show two possiblities : shot and custom, for the G1 I had more choices : daylight, tungstene, flash, shadow etc..
My system is Window 7, 64 bits and I have the very last version of C1 and my display is an Eizo Color Edge CG243W.
Is this a known bug ? is there a cure for it ? Should I file a support case ?
Thanks in advance for helping me.

I've just did it. Thanks for your advice. It has to be a bug, because the color picker, the color wheel in the next tab, all works as intended. And I have no problem using the K and tint sliders with the other cameras, the Panasonic G1 included.
I hope that they will take care of it, although it is not as important as the corrupted files and folders. What I've read makes me hesitant to use C1 more, as I remember having a problem trying to delete a Canon file; I may just download the beta version of Adobe Camera Raw instead. Makes me wonder whether I was right to pay for the update from 5 to 6.0 -
I've already got an answer from Phase One support concerning this problem, in case someone else is interested :
Hi
There is known issues with this and this camera has only preliminary support,
Full support is planned for the next release of Capture One
Kind Regards
Phase One Support0 -
I have the same issues with the "preliminary" support for the G3. I hope they speed up support for this camera. Adobe has already supported the G3 with Lightroom and ACR and Silkypix has had support for a while now.
Perhaps I don't need C1 ant more.
