Not familiar with the issue and also difficult to understand from your description. Because I am not familiar with the term Library File image I recap:
You open a folder with (raw?) images, probably Leica D-lux if you had 4.1.3, and the thumbnails show up in the browser. Images look fine. Next, you select one thumbnail in the browser and it is displayed yellowish in de Viewer plus all other thumbnails in the browser become yellowish. Is this what happens?

Seeing as a monitor was involved I would think its the Monitor Profile that is causing the issue?

I have been using the software for several months.
The first time I imported the B&W images had a green cast. Since the first time all images imported just fine except for B&W they import with a green cast yet are correct in Dlux4.

    Problem:
The monitor was fine when I transfer the images from D-Lux4 and all images where fine. One day I opened Cap One to work on the images (a week ago). Some had a strong yellow cast. AS I clicked more images they all (Libraries raw and Tif) slowly turned Yellow. Monitor showed the images correct that had been converted to Tif tru MS slide show. All websites, images on desktop, Bkg's etc.... where correct, Monitor profile/driver correct. Then the monitor died and I set up the back up with the correct profile/driver, same thing except all images in Cap one where yellow. I then changed out the Video card, same problem.
So I tried an update to 4.8.3 Cap one hoping that this fix the problem. First Time I opened 4.8.3 All images all libraries thumb nails where correct. Soon as I click on a image all images in that file slowly turned yellow. I closed the program rebooted and opened Cap One and all the images and files turned yellow slowly. Now If I open Cap one all Images are Yellow permant even if try to correct them tru tools, CC, Hue , tint, etc...

Can you perhaps make a DLux4 raw file downloadable? If you do not have a server on the web, you can transfer services like YouSendit (http://www.yousendit.com/).

Thanks will try that. I will have to figure it out since I do not have a server on the web.
Any and suggestions are welcome. Will have to also try that with Tif that are in Cap one software library files.

Also thinking of uninstalling Cap One, reinstalling back up to 4.8.3 in case the cap one is corrupt.
If I uninstall, will the Cap one libraries be resident and just have to be (Located)re associated?
They will not be loss due to uninstall?

    More Info:
When the images in cap one turned yellow, each image one at time, pixel line by pixel line appeared to be processing like scanner does. Making me think that the software was doing it automatically. Upon returning to the cap one later on the process seem to be complete with all images tif and raw yellow. which is where I am now even after updating to 4.8.3.

FYI: Capture One does not have a library file. The Library tool is a folder browse tool (plus a few session folders). The files are on your hard disk like they are presented in the Library tool.

Suggestion for your yellowing error: try a different monitor profile temporarily, like the sRGB profile. Close CO4 or 5, discard the proxie files (in the image's folder, a subfolder CaptureOne contains the Cache\Proxies folder, remove that one), change the monitor profile and open image folder again (new proxies are generated first time).

What Windows version and Service Pack are you running?

Thanks for all the Help, I am new to Digital Photography.
I down loaded a free Calibration program, created a new calibrated profile.
Next I followed your instructions. I found only a Cache file in the folder you directed me to, no proxy folder.
I removed the Cache file. Continuing with your instructions and using the new calibrated profile. I opened Cap One.
Well same thing happen as before, each image file I clicked into was clear and then slowly one by one turned yellow.
I repeated the process and found even after rebooting twice there is now no Cache file or Profile file in view in the sub folder. and each time the yellow progressed. I guess I need to run repair windows.
    Any suggestions?
