Importing from card to a named location
Moving from photomechanic to Capture 1, I want to import images from my SD cards to a folder with this format.
ImageDate-LocationName
Those are both available options in the naming dialog box, but the location tag has not been entered into the image files yet on the card. With photomechanic I could apply metadata using the stationary pad as part of the import process.
But that option does no seem to be available with Capture 1 import.
How can I import images to a folder with the above format?
How can the location and other variables be used on import from a memory card?
I realise that I could enter the location manually in the folder name, but then I would additionally need to enter the location in the metadata.

Hi dear C1 user. C1 does not change any metadata of RAW files, so there is no way to modify metadata of original file.
So you need to set Location metadata directly on camera or, use photomechanic to do so, and then import images into C1.0
