enlarging raws when converting -how to keep sharp

Hello, I have an H25 and shoot on a 4x5. I use Capture One Pro. What is the best way to res up files when converting to have them be as sharp as possible. I am trying to res up a file 200%, it contains an item with text, the text is showing bit mapping now

  There is currently a Known Issue listed in the Release Notes of:
  
  ...scale factor at 120% - 170% may present artifacts in sub pixel details
  
  So avoid these settings for now until issue is resolved.
  
  For text already within image, you will have to use the Focus tools to adjust and hopefully improve the text.
  You may be able to make improvements by processing the image a 2nd time and merge in Photoshop. Select just the text area with differently adjusted Exposure/contrast, Sharpening and Crop to fit-to image.
  Similar technique for Increase Dynamic Range is what I have in mind.
