Incredibly slow with styles

I'm having trouble applying styles and presets. The software becomes incredibly slow and often freezes/becomes nonresponsive. My computer is plenty powerful.... 4.6ghz processor, 12gb video card, 32gb ram, solid state drive.... Any idea what is causing this? It makes the program impossible to use with styles/presets.

  The release notes for the latest version 10.2.1 state that the issue with bad performance with styles that contain many adjustments has been fixed.
