FW-Tethering issues with C1 while Lightroom is installed
Today I ran into major problems trying to get my PhaseOne P65+ to connect to Capture One on my Mac Pro 2009 via FireWire.
I tried everything from changing the cable, rebooting the back and the computer, changing the batteries, switching the back to "battery-power" - nothing helped. A few days ago I had a long shoot and everything worked without a problem.
Then I remembered what had changed since then: I have installed Lightroom Classic CC.
So I removed Lightroom Classic CC and the back was able to connect with Capture One.
And now here's the really strange thing: Lightroom wasn't even running when I had my connection issues. The sheer presence of the app caused my back to be unable to connect to Capture One.
I suspect that a Lightroom plugin - or maybe even the Adobe Creative Cloud App - could be hogging the connection to the camera back even when Lightroom itself isn't running. There must be some kind of process that's monitoring attached devices and 'reserves' them for LR while CaptureOne can't even find them.

I'm unable to recreate this with a p45+ on my 2015 MBP w/ OWC hub, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic CC 7.0.1 (what a mouthful) and CO 10.2.
