Dual Monitor - Large Viewer

Hi guys,
Just wondering if you can help. I am working on a dual monitor and use the dual monitor - large viewer workspace. Just wondering if there is a way to keep the fly out menu open, instead of it collapsing when your cursor isn't over it?

  Click on the Menu Bar above the window with the fly out tool menu.
  then View>Show Tools
  (or COMMAND-T)
