CAPTURE ONE 2.8 HELP WITH DONGLES ON WIN XP PRO

Hello to all,

I just got my new pre-owned LightPhase back. This one is the S/N BB03 model.

The problem I'm having is that the software is locked the feature to capture images and is requiring to install the security keys. Now, I have installed the three USB Dongles that came with the software but it will not recognise them. I can see the license for them in the software license folder but it is not comunicating. The dongles light up so I know it is trying to connect. Please Help?

The other problem I had was loading the image profiles. I have Photoshop CS2 and would only do PS 6 or 7. How can I correct this?

Please help in figuring out this small hick up in a software that looks to be quite nice to use.

I'm looking forward to becoming a PhaseOne photographer.

Enrique,

Firstly, you will need to forget the Dongles and download the most current version of Capture One DB 3.7.5 from the web site.
As a Phase One Digital Back owner, you are entitled to the DB version for Free.

You need to create a Profile at the web site, and then submit a Support Case in order to be assisted.
Support Site: http://support.phaseone.com

A Product Key will be provided to you after sending the Serial # of the unit and all studio contact information.
The Case will continue until you are all set.

Lastly, you will need an assigned Phase One Dealer for your area.
