    Me too...I've delated every CO file I could find, still no luck, same problem...

    Do you or did you have CO Express 6 running? If yes, deactivating it might help. Alternatively, deactivating your previous key from the Phase One website might help.

    Sounds like there are some remains of a previous version, license wise in particular. The license related information is not accessible from Finder by default. If you keep having this issue, I suggest to contact Phase One support.

    And how do we deactivate that licence? There no other apps running...

    However, if the software isn't able to even run this obviously isn't an option.

    I would suggest you rename the Application itself, from "Capture One" to "Capture One 7" or similar. Once that is done, you should be able to launch the program and avoid the cycle your stuck in.

    I ineed had capture one express 6 for a while but it has been removed few months ago and now want to upgrade ,

    I'll try the rename option tonight and see how that goes , renaming the entire package contents ?

    Rename the Application after Dragging it from the Virtual Drive to the Applications folder.
