Capture one 11 previews in ALL black?
After an upgrade to ver 11 my previews are 99% black after import.
I have tried hundreds of various files, raw, jpeg whatever... from different sources and most fail.
re generating previews does nothing. virtually none of the files are usable now and are black with no histograms.
previous sessions (of the same files that wont import into ver 11) open and update just fine.
if i try to export out a lightroom catalogue it imports as expected and the previews re also black.
I can only open previous sessions or capture one catalogues now to edit/seeimages/files.
for now i must import into ver 10 and update sessions / catalogues into ver 11.

Best option here is to create a tech support case (via the link in my profile) and send us your log files, which can be generated via Scripts > File Packager. 0
