Capture One Pro problems?

I just bought and installed it on my MAC OS X 10.5.2 and first time it started without any problems, but now it will not load any folders at all.

I have processed RAW from my Canon EOS 1ds-MKIII and did not know it
cannot process Leica D-Lux 3 files, simply will not read open them.

Is the software ready to be used and if not how can I cancel my order and cancel the purchase ?

I look forward to hear from Phase One or anyone having experienced problems.

  I assume you have installed the latest version (CO 3.7.8 Pro) because you were able to process 1Ds III files. If it does not load any folders now, does it mean that no pictures are shown when you open a folder with supported raw files (from the 1Ds III for example?).
  
  The Leica D-Lux 3 raw files are not supported, indeed.
  
  Question: have you considered using CO4, since CO3.x will be discontinued probably when CO4 Pro is released? Maybe you are already familiar with CO3 and like to use it for a while?

  Start simple and over again ; follow this article -on how to import your images, confirm your version of Capture One and supported RAW files first. Use new RAW files.
