Live Preview and the Canon 5D MkII

Using 4 Pro with 5D MkII and cannot get live preview to work. Tried it with Canon body and lens as well as with X2 Pro camera adapter and canon body with digitar lens. any tips? Thanks.

  Live Preview in Capture One 4 is only supported for (some) Phase One back models, not for DSLRs like Canon's.
