Help I bought a new camera

Help,
I have had capture one pro 3.7 for a couple years .. I think.. Anyway, I just bought a Nikon D00 and I can't get my Raw files to show up. How do I upgrade?
I was using a Nikon D70 before.

    Big addition you've missed are the B&W RGB camera profiles for processing
    B&W, Panchromatic B&W, Sepia, Bluetone images direct from RAWs.

    I downloaded the update... but still have the same issue.. How do I move the file folder labeled "en" into capture one?
    Ok, so I'm a bit computer illiterate on this one,.. thanks for your help.

    Inside this en folder is the SetupPRO.EXE file

    Double click to install and ok all defaults.

    ok, not to be a pain.. but here's the scoop.
    I downloaded capture one pro 3.7 and when I went into the en folder it said set up pro.. but NOT set up pro.exe.
    when I double clicked it asked me to extract files and I did that. It did not tell me to install.. is this the problem.
    I am sorry I can't get this to work.. uggggggggghhhhh
    Can you still help or am I a hopeless case?

    I did it! thanks. I started over and somehow something changed and it installed.
    THANKS FOR YOUR HELP AND YOUR PATIENCE!!!

    love capture one-- great program... now if I could just get the computer thing conquered one day!
