RAW on dp 20 Rollei system

I am new at this so please forgive me if I do not make sense but it looks to me that the only thing I capture on my new db 20 Rollei setup are TIF files. My back is set to IIQ Raw L. What happens to RAW? Also, I can not open these in Photoshop. All I get is a small tiff thumbnail open. So am I missing something?

  Phase One Digital Backs tags the IIQ L and IIQ S image files as .TIF
  These are RAW files and you will need to use the Capture One DB or PRO programs to adjust and process these files to JPEGs and TIFFs
  DB = Free to Digital Back owners
  PRO = a purchased upgrade with DSLR RAW support
