connecting to remote server
Im sorry if this has already been asked but when verifying the lisence code i get this message:
"Im sorry but Capture One was unable to connect to the lisence-server to look up your profile.
Cause:unable to connect to the remote server"
Any suggestions? I have got the green light for my lisence number and am keen to start using it!
Thanks

I just saw this yesterday on my Media Pro. So far, CO hasn't responded that way. I just assumed it was related to a server problem that Phase One had. 0 -
Although I am aware of the Phase One data center issue of 2 and 3 August, I suspect another issue plays here. I am triggered by the IP address 127.0.0.1 which is the local adapter of your system. Some firewall software erratically refrain applications from accessing this address.
If you use any 3rd party firewall or internet connection software, try again after disabling or better removing it (because sometimes disabling the software does not fully disable it). Next, enable the Windows firewall.0
