if I take multiple exposures of a scene, is it possible to combine them into a single photo in Capture One v4.x?

or do I have to import the RAW files, apply adjustments to all, and then export all to Photoshop?

  Capture One is a RAW processing software, so to go from one RAW to a processed image is the extent of it's ability. Combining RAW images is not within the software's capability. It's best to process your RAW data to uncompressed TIFF files, getting the best possible range/results, and then combine the files to one in a separate software where you can use masks/dodge/burn features.
