camera controls greyed out when tethering with p45+

as seen in the screen grab , p45+ is recognised but the camera controls panel can't be used as is the case in live view

advice would be appreciated ....

  I know using certain Hasselblad bodies there is no communication/camera control.
  Recently rented a H4x and an IQ250 and had no control from the computer.

  phase one 645df & P1 120 af lens , should all get along, have checked preferences & selected this as the body configuration as well

  Hi Mark,
  
  I'm almost positive you should be able to have access to those camera control settings for the 645DF Body.
  
  You might have issues with a firmware mismatch, or power issues, or cable issues.
  
  Best bet is honestly to open a support case (or contact your dealer) to escalate the issue.

  Thanks for that link & advice Brian.
  It should all work & the superior live viewing tools of capture one is one of the main reasons I've recently moved to a P1 system from Hasselblad. I have come across some troubleshooting tips along the lines of deleting some of the Capture One preference & cache files which I'll try when I return next week.
  If that doesn't work then I'll try re-installing C1. If either of these work then I'll update this post for the record.
  Failing that then I'll dig deeper & raise a ticket which hopefully I won't have to do.

  P45+ has no interface board and therefore no interface to camera controls.
  
  Backs with this board are P40+ P65+ and all IQ1/2.
  
  *Edit: in combination with the Phase One Camera system.

  Thanks for the info Jim, not really what I wanted to hear. So I assume this means I can't use the live view focussing controls either ? Really surprising as even my old H3D39 had this in Phocus & this P45+ in combo with C1 should be a far more improved system & I never thought for a moment that it would lack this.
