Capture One 6 Windows 7

I have an IBM Laptop running Windows 7 pro 32 bit that I am trying to shoot tethered with a Nikon D200. CO6 does not recognize that the camera is hooked up. I also have Nikon's Camera Control Pro 2. I have no problems using this software nor do I have a problem with it working. I installed it on a different laptop that is running Windows XP and it works, and I downloaded the trial version for my IMac and it works, same camera used on all. I am a bit confused on why CO6 will not see this camera on the IBM laptop. I have run the latest update but still nothing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

  Please ensure that you are running the PRO mode on that machine.

  Check that the Nikon software is NOT running when you tether with CO 6 Pro.
  Check that the camera is recognized by Win7 in the Device Manager.
