Activated software disappears after reboot
I have activated my software about a dozen times, offline and online and everytime I restart my computer the activation goes away and I have to start over from scratch.
Can someone tell me whet I'm doing wrong?

I'd suggest that this is the kind of issue that you could submit to Support and they would likely be able to sort you out.

Thanks, sadly I have with no response. I was hoping it might be an easy fix someone had dealt with in the past.

I unfortunately react when someone is saying "I have had no response"
You have had two cases.
First case was responded to in 4 minutes. (Yes 4 (!!!) minutes)
Second on was responded to in 14 minutes (!!!!)
We guarantee 24h response time for software customers and you got in my opinion amazing response time.
Since we can see you also work for a software company I hope your support dept can flaunt the same kind response times.0 -
