Upgrade to Capture Pro 9

I have a license from Capture One Pro 3.5 and would like to upgrade to Capture 9 Pro.

When I go to upgrade it says license key is invalid, does that mean I have to shell out €279 for a brand new license for Capture One Pro 9!?

  Minimum requirement to take advantage of the upgrade price is Capture One 7
  If you have a Capture One 3 key then it is probably 10+ years old.

  Thanks for reply, I bought a Phase One camera approx 4 years ago that came with Capture One software but can't find the CD with license key on it!

  Hi
  If you have activated it before, then you can go to www.phaseone.com and click on "My Pages"
  Login with the e-mail used to activate the software.
  You will then be able to see the product key under: "Software license"
