If you deactivate all computers and reactivate you should be back to where you were.

I have had it happen in the past.

Your SSD firmware upgrade could have altered the Machine hardware ID. As far as the Software is concerned it looks different to the machine it was installed on, so it thinks you have exceeded your allocated activations of 2.

Martin is right, you can reset you key from your web profile, by logging in and going to License management. Find your license key from the drop down and deactivate. This will free up the license to a fresh state.

Same scenario if the machine is stolen, HD blows up, you change Network cards etc etc.

If you still have issues, create a support case we will help you.

Thank you, guys. Deactivating on the web did the job.
I'm still not sure why I have 0 free upgrades left. I recently upgraded from 5.0.2 to 5.1. Does it mean that it was the last upgrade I can do?

You mix upgrade with update. Upgrades are from 3 to 4 or 4 to 5 and affect your upgrade counter.
Going from 5.0.2 to 5.1 to 5.x is an update. These don't count against your upgrade counter.
