Lieve-View, Canon 5D MIV
Hello
I recently got a Canon EOS 5D MIV and I enjoy working with Capture One's live-veiw feature.
In the predecessor models 5D MII and 5D MIII, the live image on the monitor of the laptop was bright enough to be able to adjust the sharpness to the point.
Unfortunately, this is not true for the 5D MIV anymore, the live image is extremely dark, you have to open the aperture completely every time to be able to adjust the sharpness settings. And that regardless of whether DOF is activated or not.
Unfortunately, the brightness control is grayed out and can not be operated
I use Capture One 11.2 64b, Build 11.2.0.121
Does anyone know a trick on how the problem can be solved?
Thanks

This is likely due to a setting on the camera. I believe it's under the Video menu, Exposure Simulation or something of the like. Without this, shooting at smaller apertures will produce properly dark live feed. 0 -
