Problems with output image naming

Hello to all,
I wont to name the output files. but the counter don't count:

What I get:

Ordername picture year counter with 4 digits
S_ 15 0001
next
S_150001 1
next
S_150001 2
and so on

What I want:
S_150001
next
S_150002
next
S_150003
and so on

Does anyone know why the counter does not work?

  That's auto-renaming because the file already exists...
  
  Could you give some additional information to reproduce it? Like:
  
  1 image processed multiple times or multiple images processed in one go?
  Processing a set of images or a set of variants?
  
  I will give it a try when I'm back on my Mac.

  I've tried a number of output combinations with images, variants, quitting and re-starting CO, using [Folder Name] [Image Year] [4 Digit Counter] and everything went fine. I cannot reproduce your problem this way.

  Please specify what you defined in the Output Naming tool when processing images or the Naming section when Exporting images.
  
  Also, please specify at least version of CO8 and OS X.

  Please update to CO 8.1 (latest version). Your version 8.0 is not OS X 10.10.1 compatible.

  Sounds like your increment counter is set to "0"...
  
  From the flyout options in Output naming (3 small dots) go to "Set Output counter increment" - check it is "1"

  I tried it like Jim_DK wrote, but the counter doesnt´work.
  After I updated to CO 8.1 all my problems are away.
