Big color export issue.
Hi guys! need help asap.
I have a serious problem with exporting files in C1 9.2
Problems occur with both the option Export as in the method of processing. And happen in any type of file that I choose to export either JPG, PNG or Tiff in some cases, and does not differentiate between the two camera models I own: Sony a7rII and A6300.
Many files are exported with serious color, and exposure warnings patches. But just correct that, still happening. You can see an image in the link attached here. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/zbvj0ai9bfmk ... st0oa?dl=0
Anyone know what might be happening and how to solve it? I need to deliver a job and have this problem. On the other hand, excuse my poor English, and espeor you can help. Regards!!

You have not mentioned the specification of your Mac.
Some models have shown some problems with graphics card compatibility when using C1 with the preferences set to make use of OpenCL for processing. (Hardware Acceleration settings).
Usually by changing the settings to "Never" - especially for "Processing" in your case - the appearance problems can be resolved.
You will lose a little in absolute performance but will be able to get the job out.
If that does NOT work then it would appear you may have found something new or, possibly, some other problem that presents the same results.
I would suggest that for a complete review of your problem you create a Support Case with the Capture One support team to get the latest information about the best options for solving the problem at times when openCL is turned on. There are a few possible combinations of hardware, firmware and software all working together so there may be more then one answer to the problem as it displays after export. Asking the people who support the tools will likely lead you to the best answer for the problem.
HTH.

Thanks Grant for your reply.
I solved by deleting the app completely, and install it again. Now, I set the Open GL preferences in "Never" so... lets see whats happens next. Sorry my english again.
Thanks again, kind regards, Lisandro.-
