downloading capture one v9

I just upgraded to 9 and have successfully loaded it to my laptop. However, I can't download a usable version to my desktop. Any ideas?

  Tell us a bit more. Is it that the file won't download, or the when it has downloaded it won't install. Do you get any error messages?

  I agree with the previous post. I don't understand what the problem really is.
  
  You say you have successfully loaded "it" (which I assume is CaptureOne, version 9) to your laptop. So what is it you can not download a usable version of? If you have C1 on your laptop you must have downloaded it or loaded it from a disc. What are you having trouble with? Your post is not clear.
