CO 3.7.5 expired
I had the same problem everyone else did with the CO 3.x.x versions shutting off after 12/31/2009. It was great to get on the forum and see what the problem was and that I wasn't the only one. So I downloaded CO 4 as instructed and am trying to activate it but when I try to get my profile during the process, I can't connect to the remote server. My profile is valid because I can view it on the website but doesn't seem to work through the activation process in the software. I've sent a case to support. Being the weekend, not sure how long it will be till they get back and I need to work on images now.
Any body have any thoughts on this?

Are you able to run in trial mode for a few more days? 0 -
I hadn't started the trial version, was hoping to get right to the main version. I guess I can use the trial till this gets figured out.

I downloaded CO 3.7.10. What product key would I use to activate the license? 0 -

If your previous installation of CO 3.x was activated, 3.7.10 will be already activated once you installed it.0 -
No, I've been having a problem activating the other versions of CO except for my original version of CO 3.7.5 LE. I've tried activating with my firewall off and also with allowing Capture to have an open port. Nothing has been working. I've got a case going with Support and sent a message last night but haven't heard back yet. I had just installed AVG's Internet Security Suite recently and have tried it with some of those components deactivated (with the firewall off) and still no luck. Should I be using the product key I was given for CO Pro 3.7.9 but have not been able to activate yet?
Thanks,

As you might know, CO 3 LE and Pro are different downloads and can only be activated with there respective keys. Either you download and install 3.7.10 LE and use the LE key, or you download and install 3.7.10 Pro and use the Pro key. For your information, you can have both LE and Pro installed and activated (and running) on a Windows system but this may not be the preferred solution.
Feel free to supply details about what is (not) happening when activating.0 -
I was provided a key for CO Pro 3.7.9 activation, would that work for 3.7.10? I think my issues for not being able to activate have to do with my system. 0 -
Pete,
Perhaps you should clear this up with a support case.
Looking into your case history you have both a PRO key and an LE key. Use the proper keys to activate the proper version of 3.7.10 and you should be all set.0
