4.0 vs 3.7x Quality?

I am wondering what users are finding out relative to overall quality when processing files in 3.7x vs the new 4.0? Are there quality improvement in the output, esp using Phase Backs like a P45+, Leica M8, or Canon 1ds MK II? Curious what people are finding. I realize there are new dynamic range sliders and such, but aside from that, on a baseline comparison how is 4.0 performing and where it performs better?

  For the Leica M8 there is definitely a quality improvement.
