Upgraded to MediaPro 1.2 tonight. I want a refund already.
Unless someone from PhaseOne can promise an update very soon that fixes the super slow rendering of images (this was not a problem in earlier versions), I have every reason to request a refund of the $59.00 upgrade price that I just paid. Please let me know if this will be fixed in the very near future or how to go about getting a refund.
I know criminal is a harsh word and has been used by others here on the forum to describe their frustration over this step backwards in functionality, but it sure feels that way when you pay to upgrade and find that the software is nowhere near an honest upgrade.

I took a look in our support system but don't see any support case from your account.
The update to 1.2 did fix speed issues and in testing it is the same speed as Expression Media 2 was. If you're having speed issues just create a support case and we'll take a look at your system settings.0 -
Drew, I created a support case with this ID# - 100339.
It'd be great if you could show me how to get the same preview rendering speed with Media Pro 1.2 as Expression Media 2. If Media Pro can't match the speed of the software it replaced, then I will stick with Expression Media 2 and request a prompt refund of the $59 upgrade price until this issue is addressed.0 -
Looks like your case was picked up this morning by the Danish team. You have a response waiting for you. 0 -
When you get the response from the support, would you mind to post it here? Thanks, Arnaldo 0
