    Go to http://support.phaseone.com and contact us in support that way because we need to know your product key to figure why this is happening (and ofcourse you should not give out that here in public)

    HI Nino,
    First try in your LOG- IN profile at the Phase One website , click on your name- profile and there you can navigate to your product and order history. Product keys would be listed there. If you have more then one profile, you should create a support case and provide any possible email addresses you might have registered your key number under.

    check email for message.
    Your Profile is valid and you should have no problems submitting a Support Case.
    This Profile only shows Download and no Order or Activation of Capture One.
    Include other emails used and/or Product Key you are attempting to Activate.

    Ok I'm at the start again!!

    if i make the automatic activation an error told me that my e-mail address is different from the address of my profile, but i've controlled and they are right and the same. if i do the manual activation the site refuse the activation code gived my by the software?


    If i want to make a support case where can I found my serial number and my reference number to comlete the details?

    The only way we can help you is if you provide the Email for Profile used for any activations of the License or the Product Key itself.

    If purchased at our Eshop, then a Profile was used for the Transaction.
    We need this Profile email to locate.
    We only find 1 Profile searching your Last Name.

    Sometimes a typo is the problem or using an email different from Eshop Transaction for first activation.

    Submit Support Case will all information you have:

    Are you joking me? if you read all the message and not only answer at the last one, you should understand that i'm not able to create a case because I DON'T KNOW MY SERIAL NUMBER AND MY REFERENCE NUMBER to complete the request of details to create the case!

    No Jokes here, just an honest effort to help you out which is well above the call of duty
    I even sent you a direct email giving your Profile and Password information.
    No Reply and No Support Case created.
    Your Profile by the way has never purchased or activated Capture One.
    Your Last Name search results in only this one Profile.
    You cannot find the Product Key and you cannot find an email or name of Profile used to activate the program in the past.
    It is not possible to make this any more clear here.
    So, we cannot help you... unless You Help Us Help You.
