    My suggested course of action would be:
    1) remove Capture One (trash application icon)
    2) restart and see whether this remove the error message
    3) install Capture One
    4) restart and see whether message remains absent or reoccurs

    Let us know whether this helped.

    FYI: I think that it is the QuickLook extension for IIQ file that would load. This extension allows you to view Phase One back IIQ files in Finder and Preview.

    Solution is

    1. Remove any other version of Capture One except for the latest 6.1.1
    2. Launch and close the software once.
    3. Open a Terminal window
    4. Write (without quotation marks) "qlmanage -r"

    This will refresh the quicklook in Mac OS to use the correct version of Capture One to generate previews in the finder.

    With "qlmanage -m" you can also verify which version is utilized. With a default installation you should get this line when running this command:
    com.phaseone.raw-image -> /Applications/Capture One.app/Contents/Library/QuickLook/IIQ.qlgenerator

    Dear Ulf,

    your method worked on second attempt, but it's back again now ☹️
    I have also i1 match that is checking if recalibration of the monitors is requeired - could this be an additional problem?(I use dual monitors: a laptop MacBook Pro with a Quato Monitor attached)

    I've had this problem intermittently in the past, but with version 6.2 I'm finding the QLICProcessor is crashing quite a bit.
    But I'm really happy to see the new eip and iiq quick look feature.
