Embedded Catalogs.

Each shoot I do goes into a single C1 catalog. I have asked several times to be able to have a master catalog, that can contain, access and search all of the smaller catalogs.

Any idea if this is coming? If it is included yet?

    Tools to export the full content of a catalog (or part of it) into a "Master Catalog" are already available.

    I think the OP looks for a hierarchy of catalogs in which one master or top level catalog can look into others dynamically (updates are prolongated to the top.

    If this is the case the answer to the OP's question is no.

    What Ario is referring to are catalog management features which allow you to export collections as a catalog, and import catalogs into a catalog. The end result could be the same, depending on your workflow.

    Yes. I am looking for support for looking into and editing, curating, and working on intact catalogs. Similar to folders on a computer operating system.
